Macro-Sorb Foliar can enhance the performance of tank-mix partners
Field research shows the use of Macro-Sorb Foliar in conjunction with fungicide, herbicide, and plant growth regulator applications can enhance performance compared to stand alone applications.
Tank-Mix Enhancement Program:
Add 2 oz. of Macro-Sorb Foliar per 1,000 sq. ft. to each common turf fungicide, herbicide, or PGR application.
Always follow the tank-mix partner label instructions.
FUNGICIDE RESEARCH WITH MACRO-SORB FOLIAR
“Macro-Sorb Foliar and the tested fungicides significantly controlled or reduced the incidence of summer patch as compared to the untreated control. No disease was observed in the plots treated with the combination of Heritage and Macro-Sorb Foliar”
J. M. Vargas, Michigan State University
The addition of Macro-Sorb Foliar to Heritage applications provided greater
control than Heritage alone. Heritage is a registered trademark of Syngenta.
HERBICIDE RESEARCH WITH MACRO-SORB FOLIAR
The addition of Macro-Sorb Foliar to half-rates of various selective broadleaf herbicides provided similar control to full label rates
The addition of Macro-Sorb Foliar to various selective crabgrass herbicides provided enhanced control versus the same rates without Foliar
J. A. Borger and T. L. Harpster, 2016, Penn State University Research. Post Crabgrass Control using Acclaim Extra and Macro-Sorb Foliar. Acclaim Extra is a registered trademark of Bayer. Pylex and Drive are registered trademarks of BASF.
PGR RESEARCH WITH MACRO-SORB FOLIAR
The addition of Macro-Sorb Foliar to a half-rate of Primo plant growth regulator provided similar regulation to full label rates. Primo is a registered trademark of Syngenta.
The addition of Macro-Sorb Foliar to common Poa annua seedhead control programs resulted in up to 50% greater control. See the full program description here
The addition of Macro-Sorb Foliar and Quelant-MINORS to Primo plant growth regulator provided improved turfgrass color following applications. Primo is a registered trademark of Syngenta.
